Ingredient :
- Carrot (100 gr)
- Wheat Flour (50 gr)
- Cake Flour (50 gr)
- Beet Sugar (80 gr)
- Baking Powder (1 tsp)
- Peanut Butter (80gr) unsweetened
- Soy milk (30 ml)
1. Knead the peanut butter and whole wheat flour together
2. Add the grated carrot and mix thoroughly
3. Fold in dry ingredient, then add the soy milk
4. Mix together until no trace of flour remains (do not kneat)
5. Pour the dough into a mould and bake inthe oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes.
6. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for a further 25 minutes.
