This is one of my favorite snacks, this snack is perfect served with a cup of tea or coffee. Imagine enjoying it in the afternoon when it was raining outside, wiping the memory of past bad memories, or just unwind after a long day of work, this snack suitable enjoyed alone or shared with others, this banana recipe is very easy to make, even when I was a primary school I've been able to make it, of course with the guidance of my parents.
Ingredient :
- Banana (10)
- Bread crumbs (150 gr)
- Oil
- Egg (1)
- Flour (200 gr)
- Water (150 ml)
- Sugar (2 tbsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Vanila powder
How to make :
1. Cut bananas in half lengthwise, and then split in half down the middle.
2. Mix the flour, egg, sugar, salt and Vanila powder together.
3. Add just enough water to make a very thick, pancake-like batter.
4. Heat oil into a pot and heat over medium heat (very hot)
5. Using a fork or tongs, dip a banana slice in the batter, and make sure it well covered on all sides.
6. Gently put the batter-covered banana slice in the hot oil.
7. Fry for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown.
8. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
9. Finish
