This time I will share a recipe to help sober up, this tomato recipe is very easy and quick to be made.

Ingredient :
  • Tomato                                         (1/4)
  • Hot Cooked Rice                         (150 gr)
  • Green Onion or Scallion             (1) 
  • Egg                                                (1)
  • Chicken Soup Stock Granules  (1 tsp)
  • Soy Sauce                                    (1 tsp)
  • Black Papper

How to make :
1. Roughly chop the tomato, slice the green onion finely, and beat the egg.
2. Put some cooked rice (150 g) in a bowl.
3. Put the water, soup stock and soy sauce in a single-serving pot or pan and bring to a boil
4. When the pot has come to a boil, add the tomato, green onion and rice all at once
5. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove any scum that appears.
6. Add the beaten egg after 3 minutes.
7. When the edges have hardened slightly, cover with a lid and remove from heat.
8. The egg will cook nicely in the time it takes to carry the pot to the table.
9. Sprinkle with some black pepper.
