If you make it yourself you can adjust the amount of sugar and salt to taste, if you do not like it too sweet reduce the amount of sugar.

Ingredient :
- Potatoes (400 gr)
- Bread Flour (50 gr)
- Cake Flour (50 gr)
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Salt (1tsp)
- Frying Oil
1. Peel the potatoes and boil until softened in hot water with a little salt added .
2. Drain the potatoes once they are boiled, put back in the pot. mash while still hot.
3. Add the bread flour, cake flour, sugar and salt to the potato and knead until smooth.
4. Roll the dough into balls slightly larger than your thumb, then flatten out to shape.
5. If the dough sticks to your hands when shaping the dough sprinkle some flour.
6. Deep-fry in the oil until golden brown, and they are done. Sprinkle a little salt while still hot.
note : Be sure to cook them through thoroughly! Otherwise, it might end up floury inside
