Ingredient :
  • Sweet Potato       (2)
  • Cake Flour            (6 tbsp)
  • Egg                        (2)
  • Sugar                    (4 tsp)
  • Baking Powder    (1 tsp)
  • Oil                         (2 tbsp)
  • Salt                       (2 dash)

How to make :
1. Add water into a container with a tight fitting lid (that's also microwave-safe).
2. Add the finely chopped sweet potatoes.
3. Drain the water, then add fresh water (just enough to soak the sweet potatoes).
4. Cover the container lightly and microwave for 4,5 minutes at 500 W.
5. Mix cake flour, sugar, salt, oil, egg and baking powder with whisk
6. When the potato is done, drain the water Add the mixture from Step 5 and mix lightly.
7. Lightly cover with a lid (as if you're only putting it on top! Do NOT cover tightly).
8. Microwave for 2 minutes at 500 W. Steam for another minute to finish.
9. Taking it out from the container.

This recipe does not use dairy products expect egg, so this potato recipe is good for people who's allergic to dairy products

Ingredient :
  • Tomato                                         (1/4)
  • Hot Cooked Rice                         (150 gr)
  • Green Onion or Scallion             (1) 
  • Egg                                                (1)
  • Chicken Soup Stock Granules  (1 tsp)
  • Soy Sauce                                    (1 tsp)
  • Black Papper

How to make :
1. Roughly chop the tomato, slice the green onion finely, and beat the egg.
2. Put some cooked rice (150 g) in a bowl.
3. Put the water, soup stock and soy sauce in a single-serving pot or pan and bring to a boil
4. When the pot has come to a boil, add the tomato, green onion and rice all at once
5. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove any scum that appears.
6. Add the beaten egg after 3 minutes.
7. When the edges have hardened slightly, cover with a lid and remove from heat.
8. The egg will cook nicely in the time it takes to carry the pot to the table.
9. Sprinkle with some black pepper.

Ingredient :

  • Potatoes         (400 gr)
  • Bread Flour   (50 gr)
  • Cake Flour    (50 gr)
  • Sugar             (1 tbsp)
  • Salt                (1tsp)
  • Frying Oil
How to make :
1. Peel the potatoes and boil until softened in hot water with a little salt added .
2. Drain the potatoes once they are boiled, put back in the pot. mash while still hot.
3. Add the bread flour, cake flour, sugar and salt to the potato and knead until smooth.
4. Roll the dough into balls slightly larger than your thumb, then flatten out to shape.
5. If the dough sticks to your hands when shaping the dough sprinkle some flour.

6. Deep-fry in the oil until golden brown, and they are done. Sprinkle a little salt while still hot.

note : Be sure to cook them through thoroughly! Otherwise, it might end up floury inside

  • Medium-size Carrot              (2 cm)
  • Ketchup                                  (1/2 tsp or more)
  • Powder Permesan Cheese  (2 tsp)
How to make :
1. Dice the carrots into 1cm cubes.
2. In a heat-resistant bowl, add the carrots and enough water to cover. 
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Once the carrots are tender, drain the water, then coat in the ketchup.
5. In a separate bowl, add the cheese, then the carrot mix from Step 2. Toss evenly and it's done.

Adjust the amount of cheese and ketchup to taste.
This recipe makes the carrots tasty, so even kids who don't like carrots will eat them up.

I just know there is a snack like this. This snack originated from Japan. its name is karintou.
according to wikipedia karintou is a traditional japanese snack food. sweet and deep-fried, it made primarily of flour, yeast and brown sugar It has a deep brown and pitted appearance, and takes the form of a "bite-sized" pillow or short cylinder.

This recipe is simple and easy to make, using that are easily obtainable ingredients that are usually available in the house. 

Let's see the recipe~ Ikimashou~

Ingredient A :
  • Flour                              (100 gr)
  • Baking Powder             (1/2 tsp)
  • Sugar                             (1 tbsp)
  • Salt                                (1/4 tsp)
  • Black sesame seeds  (2 tbsp)
Ingredient B :
  • Vegetable Oil             (1)
  • Egg                              (1)
  • Brown Sugar             (60 gr)
  • Water                         (1tbsp)
How to make :
1. Combine all the ingredients A in a bowl, and mix evently.
2. Add a well beaten egg and mix well with a rubber spatula.
3. Gather the dough into a ball with your hands and lightly knead (it should be slightly dry)
4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Between two sheets of plastic wrap (or on a surface dusted with flour)
6. Roll out to a 2 mm thickness, and cut into 2 mm strips with a knife. Then, cut into desired stick lengths.

7. Drop the cut dough pieces from Step 3 into fresh oil heated to 360°F/180°C until golden brown and stop frying (i.e. they stop producing a crackling noise). (Taste test to make sure they are are fried to a crisp texture.)

8. Put brown sugar and water in a pan, and melt sugar until it turns translucent, then add the crisp sticks from Step 4 and remove from heat. Stir in the sauce to coat evenly, while also evenly exposing them to air.

9. When the surface becomes powdery and sticky, transfer to a tray, cool, then serve.
